30/5/2011 · 50 Pull Up Challenge May 30, 2011. By Shawna Kaminski. The pull up is one of the most challenging exercises that there is. It’s most impressive to see anyone do multiple pull up reps. The prime mover for the pull up is the latissimus dorsi. 50 Pullups Programme is a training programme which will help you develop your strenght and physique. Most people can do less than 10 pullups and very few can do more than 15. With our programme you will be able to improve your results. Our training programme is designed to help you reach at least 30 pullups. The 50 pull-up challenge consists of doing 50 pull-ups in one workout, no matter how many sets it takes you. Even if it means you are doing sets of one rep by the end. You are allowed as long of a break in between sets as you need. If you did 6-8 pullups in the testDay 1 120 seconds (or more) between setsDay 4 120 seconds (or more) between sets If you did 9-11 pullups in the testDay 1 120 seconds (or more) between setsDay 4 120 seconds (or more) between sets
